All the exhibits and installations were communicating and experience driven. It felt like we were in the middle of the “Minority Report” with all the high-tech and super futuristic touch screens.
The entrance hall, with its wavy parabolic curves, honors the parchment on which was written the union agreement, and pointed gold columns pens with which the Founding Fathers signed the document.
The exhibition area of the museum is underground, it takes place among lasting and brief galleries, around the large cylinder that occupies the area under the Union House, where the 2nd December 1971 the 7 Emirates met to sign the historic agreement which led to the union and the birth of the United Arab Emirates. There are also a library with more than 3 thousand volumes, theaters, teaching rooms, rooms for events and records.
There are many exhibitions that take place in the museum, some temporary and some permanent, and apart from these exhibitions, there is also a library, a theater, and cooperating timeline wide-ranging of maps and educational videos, and a recreational space for the visitors.
